THE VOID ? WHAT TO DO AFTER YOU LET GO

THE VOID ? WHAT TO DO AFTER YOU LET GO

I’ve been talking to a lot of people about letting go of the old.

My clients, coaches that have worked for me, my friends, my family and I’m seeing a trend.

THIS YEAR IS ALL ABOUT REALIGNMENT and you will be faced with letting somethings go in order to step into what’s next.

I wrote this a couple weeks ago when I was in the VOID hardcore. I’m happy to say I’m finding my next steps, but read on if you’d like some words of wisdom on your letting go journey.

????️?

After you let go (or are forced to let go) there is this place between places that I call a VOID. Some call it the GAP, but I think it’s more like a space that is void of knowing. Void of clarity. Void of understanding. Void of security. Void of pretty much all of the things that help you to feel safe.

In this place you may feel lost, but I assure you, you are not.

Many of us (including myself) want to avoid or rush through the VOID, this place in between places. It seems unclear, confusing, and I’ll go as far to say DARK and scary.

It has a way of tumbling you around — and yet at the same time it cracks open things that you are ready to shed.

What I’ve realized is that the VOID is actually the most growth filled-alive place in life, but it’s in disguised as loss.

How else would you be forced to re-evaluate, re-align, & recreate yourself to truth?

It’s hard, yet purpose filled.

If you, like me, are letting go of something, I encourage you to hang out in mid air for a bit longer.

SURRENDER. LET IT BE. GO THROUGH ALL OF THE EMOTIONS. ASK YOURSELF THE HARD QUESTIONS.

? What do I want now? What do I want to feel daily?

?What is possible bigger reason for this shift?

?In what ways am I misaligned?

?How can I re-align?

And once you ask these questions — how do you know when the void is over?

There will be a stirring.

A spark. An idea.

No matter how crazy it seems, let your heart lead the way.

JUMP into whatever gets you excited.

This is what I call following your heart crumbs. Follow the crumbs of what your heart says yes to..and soon you will find your next step.

And then the next. And the next.
